THE WYNNGATE HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION DOCUMENTS

Attached to the following pages are the relevant documents governing the WynnGate and Shadow Mountain subdivision, including those documents creating the WynnGate Home Owner's Association and defining its day to day operations. The primary document defining the terms and conditions governing the subdivision is the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for WynnGate at Dillard. The attached documents also includes the transfer of the HOA responsibilities from the subdivision Developer to the Home Owner's Assciation (HOA); the establishment of the home owners controlled HOA as a legal business entity; and the establishment of the initial Board of Directors in lieu of a members organizational meeting.
