HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION OFFICERS

 

The Officers of the WynnGate Home Owner's Association are governed by  Article 8 - Officers, of the  By-Laws Of WynnGate Home Owner's Association, Inc, which defines the types, the function and the operations of the Officers of the WynnGate Home Owner's Association.  The HOA Officers are elected by the Board of Directors (BOD) at the first meeting of the newly elected BOD which immediately follows the HOA annual Member's Meeting. The Officers will continue to serve until the BOD elects new Officers, i.e. the Officers may not be limited to a one year term. At a minimum, the Officers shall consist of a President, a Secretary and a Treasurer.  A  HOA member of the BOD may concurrently serve as more than one Officer. The BOD may choose to appoint other Officers such as Assistant Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer.
