DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS FOR WYNNGATE AT DILLARD

 

Attached below are the WynnGate at Dillard subdividion Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, dated October 26, 2000; the First Amendment to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, dated April 26, 2001; the Second Amendment to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, dated January 31, 2003; the Third Amendment to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, dated December 30, 2005; and the Fourth Amendment to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, dated May 6, 2007. The Restrictive Convenants are atttached to the deed on each lot within WynnGate at Dillard and Shadow Mountain at WynnGate subdivision.  Each lot property owner within the subdivision is subject to the terms and conditions of the Restrictive Convenants.   Each lot property owner has assented to the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants with the purchase of their lot(s).
