Board of Directors Meetings

The dates of the scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors and Homeowner's Association members are posted below. Regular meetings of the board of directors may be held with such frequency and at such time and at such place as shall from time to time be determined by the board. The current meeting schedule is quarterly and the dates are posted below. Special meetings of the Board of Directors maybe held if deemed necessary by the Board or if requested by the HOA Members subject to the meeting notice provisions in Article 4 - Meetings of Members of the By-Laws of WynnGate Homeowners' Association, Inc. The Board of Directors meetings are open to Homeowner Association Members.

Scheduled Board of Director Meetings for 2024 - 2025 are as follows:

October 11, 2024 - 4:00pm - Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting - Completed.

January 3, 2025 - 4:00pm - Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting - Completed.

April 18, 2025 - 4:00pm - Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting - Rabun Gap Presbyterian Church, 8397 North Wolffork Rd, Rabun Gap GA

July 12, 2025 - Saturday 10:00am - 12:00pm Annual Homeowner's Association Meeting - Rabun Gap Presbyterian Church, 8397 North Wolffork Rd, Rabun Gap GA

July 12, 2025 - Board of Directors Meeting immediately following Annual Meeting.

Location of regularly scheduled quarterly board meetings is Rabun Gap Presbyterian Church, 8397 North Wolffork Rd, Rabun Gap GA. If you wish to present an item to the Board for consideration or discussion, you must contact Ginger Williams, or another Board Member, at least two weeks in advance of the meeting and request the item be added to the agenda.
